Do you deliver?

Majority of products are pick up from our warehouse in Liverpool, however if you need local transport we'd be happy to recommend a suitable carrier. Wayne - Crane Truck 0410 551 636 suitable for timber, tiles and larger heavy bulky items. For furniture, appliances and other more fragile items call Adam 0402 982 445.

What payment methods are accepted at your store?

Credit Card (fees apply), Bank Transfer or Eftpos and Cash payments accepted at pickup.

How long before I can pickup my order?

Once we have received confirmation of payment, orders can be collected during business hours from our Liverpool warehouse.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased from your online store?

As we are an Auction company and are selling on behalf of Vendors we do not accept exchanges or returns, However if you find an issue with a product please call our office 02 9822 7883 during business hours and we will try and find a solution.
