Shipping Policy for Renovator Auctions

At Renovator Auctions, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from our Online store, www.renovatorauctions.com.au Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. In-Store Pickup

1.1 Pickup Location
All orders placed through our Online store must be picked up from our warehouse located at:
28-34 Orange Grove Road
Liverpool, NSW,2170
Australia

1.2  Pickup Time/ Storage Fee

·         Goods must be collected from our premises within 7 days of purchase (Invoice date). Storage fees may apply after 7 days or items may be considered abandoned and resold to recover storage, handling & administration fees.

·         Orders can be picked up during our warehouse operating hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm   Saturday 8.00am to 2.30pm

·         Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and prepared for pickup. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

1.3 Identification and Proof of Purchase
When picking up your order, please bring a valid ID and a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital). We may require additional verification to ensure the security of your purchase.

2. Delivery and Shipping

2.1 No Direct Delivery
Renovator Auctions does not offer direct delivery services. All items must be collected from our warehouse.

2.2 Third-Party Carriers
While we do not provide delivery services, we can recommend suitable third-party carriers who can transport your purchases from our warehouse to your desired location. Please note that the arrangement, payment, and terms of service with any third-party carrier are solely between you and the carrier. Renovator Auctions is not responsible for any issues, damages, or delays that may arise during transport.

3. Handling and Care

3.1 Product Handling
Customers are responsible for the safe handling and transportation of items once they have been collected from our warehouse. We recommend inspecting your items upon pickup to ensure they meet your expectations.

4. Order Processing

4.1 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review your order carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

4.2 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@renovatorauctions.com.au
